“Race City USA” - Mooresville NC
Mooresville was originally settled by Europeans that had originally settled in Pennsylvania. They established cotton farms, which eventually grew into large plantations. The town was incorporated shortly after the Civil War, and continued to grow.
Today, it is home to many well known names in NASCAR racing. Mooresville has been going through restoration projects to revitalize the cozy, walkable downtown district, making it the perfect destination for a night out or a weekend getaway.

This is a walkable town.
There is a large amount of advertisement murals on the side of buildings.
On the street parking is available; check posted parking regulation signs.
