Spanning The East River Since 1883 - The Brooklyn Bridge
Built between 1869 and 1883, the iconic Brooklyn Bridge was the longest suspension bridge in the world, at the time of completion. It was the first roadway connecting Brooklyn and Manhattan. Designed by John A. Roebling.
Taking a walk across the National Historic Landmark should take anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your pace. There is also a bike lane which was opened in 2021.
Here is what caught my eye; I hope you enjoy!
